Conclusions the application of autovenous grafting of blood vessels

Good and excellent productive research in the coming period of observation was obtained in 41 patients, thrombosis of the arteriovenous graft developed in 5 patients — they performed the amputation. Failures observed in cases of gunshot wounds in three patients and in the later stages of receipt — 2.

In the long-term episodes of thrombosis are not registered. The postoperative period was carried out active movement in the operated limb was allowed after waking the patient from anesthesia or relief of epidural anesthesia, were allowed to walk for 3 or 4 days.

Patients patients who underwent surgery due to atherosclerosis, within 4-5 days for the purpose of prevention of thrombosis were intramuscularly injected heparin — 5000 IU every 4 hours. In cases of recovery of the arteries in trauma anticoagulants were used.

Overall in the long-term follow-up the results are great and good character obtained from 81 patients, satisfactory — in 15, amputation performed in 21 cases.

Thus, our experience of using autovenous grafting in the surgical treatment of occlusion and injuries of the arteries of medium and small diameter allows us to conclude that this type of plasticity can be considered optimal.

Better results should be expected from the introduction of improved suture material, instruments, improve the diagnosis of acute vascular injury, the organization of assisting these patients and clinical examination of patients with thromboobliterating diseases.

Conclusions 1. When performing reconstructive operations on the arteries of medium and small caliber autovenous plastic allows you to get 70 observations excellent and good results. 2. The main causes of failures autovenous grafting vessels are large extent of the occlusion of the artery, and the progression of atherosclerosis, wound infection and error in the implementation of the surgical intervention.
